Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to request deletion of your BookFlik account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from the App

Step 1

Open BookFlik and tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2

Go to Settings and scroll to find "Delete Account".

Step 3

Confirm your request. Account and data removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request by Email

Email us at contact@bookflik.com

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • 📧 The email address associated with your account
  • 👤 Your full name (or child's name for parent accounts)
  • 📱 Whether it's a student, parent, or teacher account

⚠️ What Gets Deleted

  • ✓ Your account profile and login credentials
  • ✓ All reading history, quiz attempts and scores
  • ✓ Badges, XP points and achievement certificates
  • ✓ Any personal data we hold about you

Cancel any active subscription before requesting deletion. Requests processed within 30 days.
