Can my child quiz on any book, or is there a fixed list? ▾
BookFlik works on any book — there is no restricted title list. Children simply enter the book they're reading and BookFlik generates a comprehension quiz for it automatically.
How many quizzes can my child take for free? ▾
The free tier includes a limited number of quiz attempts per month. Upgrade to Premium (via App Store or Google Play) for unlimited quizzes. Schools can subscribe to a whole-school licence for per-pupil annual pricing.
My child forgot their password — how do I reset it? ▾
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email address used to create the account. A reset link will be sent to that email. Still having trouble? Contact us at contact@bookflik.com.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android). On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BookFlik → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → BookFlik → Cancel.
Is BookFlik safe for children? ▾
Yes. BookFlik is built with child safety and data privacy at its core. We comply with UK GDPR, the Children's Code, and COPPA. Children's data is never sold or shared for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the teacher dashboard work? ▾
Teachers and school admins access a web-based dashboard showing each pupil's reading activity, quiz scores, streaks and progress over time. Data is filterable by class, year group or individual pupil. You can also set class challenges and download reports.
How do I set up a school account? ▾
Start by booking a free demo via our For Schools page. Once agreed, we'll set up your school account within 24 hours and provide full onboarding support. Teachers and students receive login details directly.
Does BookFlik work on all devices? ▾
BookFlik is available as a mobile app on iOS and Android. The school admin console runs in any modern web browser on desktop or tablet.
How do I request deletion of my account and data? ▾
Request account deletion from the app's Settings screen, or visit our
Data Deletion page. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
